& maximizing their potential to enjoy a successful and productive life. I have advanced training and expertise in helping people navigate their way through life's difficulties, including such common sources of distress as anxiety and depression, relationship difficulties, family and career conflicts, psychological pain caused by physical illness, work stress, childhood abuse, and low self-esteem.
